Eligibility window

Sample goods may be returned within fourteen days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain hygiene-adjacent items may be excluded when packaging seals are broken; applicable categories will be listed at checkout when checkout is available.

How to start a return

Email the desk with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We reply with a return label or local drop-off instructions when appropriate. Customers remain responsible for inbound shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when technically possible. Processing times depend on banks and may take several business days after we submit the reversal.
